Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with your license key, license ID, or checkout email and we'll handle the rest.
How to request a refund
- Find your license key in ZPad → Settings → License, or use the license ID / purchase email from your confirmation email.
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request" and include your license key, license ID, or checkout email.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-year get a prorated refund for the remaining full months. You can cancel an annual subscription at any time.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, your license is deactivated and ZPad will return to trial access if it remains available; otherwise it will enter the locked state. Lifetime licenses are non-refundable beyond the 14-day window.
